If so, who does own it nowadays and what are the chances that we'll ever see the game released on a digital network?įor anyone curious about this game who perhaps didn't get to check it out, I highly recommend checking out some footage of the Hyper Arts and Miracle Arts on youtube. I'd buy this at 15 bucks right this second off PSN without a second thought, and I'm fairly sure that Sony owns the rights to the game, so why haven't we ever seen a digital release of it? It just seems odd to me since Legend of Dragoon, FF7-9 and Tactics, Front Mission 3, Vagrant Story, Xenogears, Parasite Eve, and various other great JRPG's have been released digitally on PSN but we never got Legend of Legaia.
Definitely one of the more memorable and unique, (combat system inspired by fighting games!!!!!!), JRPG's I've played that I really wouldn't mind playing through again.
